Used to be my favorite fish and chips shop in Auckland by far. Was quite happy that they were open on Anzac day but the chips were extremely disappointing and smelly. Had too much oil and too soggy to eat. Had to throw away chips probably first time in life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The absolute best fish tacos I've ever had. This place is our family go-to for the fish and chips (I prefer the kumara chips), but the fish tacos are really the star. I like the grilled (but you can also get battered) and it comes with a slaw on top and crispy onions. They have a couple tables outside the shop if you want to eat there, otherwise it's all package to takeaway. Even when they have a long wait they are very efficient and have a good estimate on time.
