I went with my girlfriend yesterday to Chef Dash. It was a horrible experience! It was one of the baddest nights i had in Kiev. We ordered tea which was tastless and so bad i couldn’t even bother to drink it and hookah which was also so bad and at the last we ordered juice and i asked the waitress to make it warm but she brought it cold. I was really annoyed and i couldn’t even talk to them bcs they don’t even speak English. I would like to sum up this restaurant as one of the most overrated I’ve ever been to. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Thanks for your feedback. It is very important for us to receive feedback from you. And we would like to clarify the situation. You ordered hookah mango orange and mint. You wanted sweet, but the hookah man explained that the hookah will not be sweet due to the orange, he also explained what makes 60% mango, 30% orange, 10% mint - which you agreed to. After the hookah was brought to you, your girlfriend said that it was sweet, and you said that it was not sweet. To which we offered to replace the hookah, but the girl said that it was not worth it. Tea - milk oolong, very high quality, all the bags are packaged in the same way, guests often take it and there have never been any complaints, the taste of this tea, without sugar, gives off the sweetness of baked milk. We are waiting for you again to visit so that we can improve.
