The feature of this fast food is serving perfectly cooked cheeseburgers. Great milkshakes will make your meal even more delicious and you'll surely come back. The atmosphere of hospitality of Five Guys highly depends on the staff, that is cool here. If you want to experience nice service, you should visit this place. From the guests' viewpoint, the real drawback is average prices. This spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

My husband and I stopped for milkshakes tonight only to witness who I'm only guessing is the supervisor on duty be extremely rude to her three young employees. Every customer in the restaurant witnessed it as well. Name on the receipt was Maria V . She should not be in a position of authority in anyway shape or form. Higher up management should be made aware of this situation because these employees were doing their best. Price per person: $10–20

Mind blown about the Manager Maria making rude comments to her employees like use ur head and then doing threatening head gestures like fight me bro to her employees. My self and all the customers were mind blown how rude and condescending she was to her employees. Im a very out spoken person my wife had everything she could do to keep me quiet and not flip on on this lady she needs to be removed all the staff working under need to hear they are doing a good job. All her employees her look miserable and stressed out working under her something needs to change here multiple customers were not impressed with her behavior. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've never been to a five guys that gives out cold and nasty fries. I use the app in other locations and it is not like this. Other five guys make the fries when you arrive. So I have always gotten fresh fries. This place is lazy. I've never cared about their prices because I love their Cajun fries. But now after getting a large Cajun fry (barely any fries it) that was cold. I can say it is not worth it. This has happened twice. I think I'll skip the third time and drive to Sutton or Shrewsbury. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
