Apparently shrinkflation has hit this place like a ton of bricks, and 3.27oz of fries is what you get for $6.25 with tax now! Love the food, but over 30 bucks a pound for fries is insanity, used to get a small drink cup + a bunch of extra thrown in. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I have been to a number of Five Guys locations before and had no issues but this one was just not up to snuff. Upon arrival, when we got to the counter, a worker said "hold on a minute, someone will be there" and then walked over to the grill. About 30 seconds later someone appeared from the back and came up to the register to take our order. My friend ordered a burger all the way with extra pickles and relish a regular Cajun fry, I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, and jalapenos and a regular Cajun fry - extra crispy and with extra seasoning. Both burgers and the fries came in the same bag and the burgers were numbered, but the receipt was not on the bag so the numbers meant nothing at all. The fries were indistinguishable from each other, meaning that I did not receive fries that were cooked longer or seasoned extra. Also, the fries came in very small paper bags. A very small quantity considering we asked for, and were charged for, the medium size. Then we opened our burgers. My friend's burger did not have extra pickles and instead of extra relish they received none at all. My burger had all the correct toppings but the bun looked very squished and the actual burger patty was half the diameter of the bun (see pictures.) Overall, we both felt the employees were putting in minimal effort and the food was not at all worth the price. Considering there are a pizzeria and a Moe's right next door, and numerous other fast food burgers on the same street, I would recommend anyone take the myriad other food options in the area instead of going to this location. Price per person: $10–20
