We order from this place at least 3 times a week from the hospital big lunch orders. Today they missed 2 orders for our surgeons and we called to report it and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. We order always more than $500 worth of food. In the Washington Heights area, must check out the Fort Washington Public House. Cool pub vibe filled with nice people seeking to have a great meal and/ drinks in a nice environment. Besides serving delicious food, the highlight of this place for me are the great staff and the management running this venue. They offer happy hour, meal and drink specials along with other interesting things. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They also provide event options and catering services, which I've tried, and they didn't disappoint (provided flexible and excellent service. Guests were pleased) Totally recommend. Meter, street and parking lot parking options available in the area.
