I ordered food through a delivery service and this photo, alone, should say it all!!! It’s unconscionable that any establishment would allow this to leave their kitchen, let alone their restaurant. Franklin Cafe, this is REALLY bad. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1

Service was just abysmal. Went there around 12 a.m, waited for sometime and got seated in a corner location where one becomes invisible to the waiters. Did not get the menu for a while, even though the waiters were just hanging out and chatting in the bar. One waiter (a lady) was either sleepy or was having a bad day, not sure... but she was ready to leave than to serve. Food was just ok (not great) but glad we found a place to eat. Once done eating, had to go ask them for a check, had to bring my card to the waiter, and had to ask (again) for the receipt so I can sign before leaving. Felt like I was doing them a service rather than the other way around. Overall, not a good experience. Will never go there again.
