I was checking out the other day ànd saw a woman pretending to scan items. She was stealing a lot of items. I immediately notified the worker that was assigned to the check station. The two workers told me that they could not do anything about it ànd they just allowed the women to continue stealing. I don’t understand even have security if it’s ok to steal ànd they won’t do anything out of fear. SMH. NOT GOOD!

Employees could really benefit from taking a customer service class, I say this because a lot, if not all of the employees I came into contact with were beyond rude and acted as if they hate people and their jobs. Unfortunately I won't be back, I'd rather drive a little further and go to a different Fred Meyers. I've been a life long shopper at Fred Meyer have I've never been treated like this. Do better management!
