Was in last week with a bus tour. Great food, excellent service, all around wonderful experience. I was in a large party but we all wanted individual checks, our server Jackie didn’t seem to mind the request. Our food came out pretty quickly despite the busy dining room. Food was delicious and gave us a true Cape Cod experience. If I make my way back to Cape Cod I will surely be back to visit Fresh Ketch! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our waitress (Eva?) was friendly & personable.. honestly pretty great The chowder was good also Unfortunately, everything else was garbage and it started as soon as we walked in. I'm sorry, but if you have a live lobster tank you need to keep it clean. These are live animals and their tank was atrocious. I would never order a lobster knowing it came from that tank - it was legitimately gross and it's the first thing you see when you walk in. Hyannis was busy today, but the restaurant wasnt crazy. Possibly short staffed? Otherwise I've no idea why our food took over an hour to arrive, and I actually never saw it. After 70 minutes of waiting I had to leave without eating, or risk missing my bus. The rest of my party stayed, but even then the problems persisted as they had to return food to the kitchen. At least they had my extra sandwich to split. If you go, I really hope your experience is better than mine. According to other reviews, maybe this was just a bad day ...especially for those poor lobsters I'll never go back. Meal type: Lunch

I came in for lunch, today and ordered a lobster boil there was a mix up with the order, the waiter was very nice, corrected my order, but when the lobster boil came to the table, there was no meat in the lobster shell and there were green pieces of meat on the side. The waiter recommended that something was wrong and called the manager Lala? Who did see anything wrong with an empty shell and green meat. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. When I met people like this I make sure I do my job better than they do theirs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We appreciate the feedback, Eloise. For anyone interested, the "green meat" isn't actually meat at all. It is called the tomalley, which is their liver and pancreas, and many seafood lovers rejoice when they find it in their lobster. It's common for people unfamiliar with cooked lobsters to mistake it as something bad.
