You can order nicely cooked chicken and tasty salads. To taste good sundaes is a truly nice idea. A number of people mention that the staff is creative at this place. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. But unfortunately, Facebook users who have visited Friendly's rate it below average.

I just picked up ice cream from the Ridge Road store in Greece NY, and there is an obvious amount of ice cream missing. My step daughter and I ordered a large and my wife ordered a medium, and there is more ice cream in the medium cup. In fact, I have pictures. My money was wasted and I'll never order from there again

I want Friendly's to stay in Rochester!!!! Best chicken strips ever, friendly waitstaff, I have yet to have a bad meal. A real staple for me and my kids!
