Did not receive my online order, the courier did not communicate with me, and the customer service is one of those AI slops, that has no idea what I want. My support request and money will most likely never be resolved and refunded, because there are no human interactions or communications. Service: 1 Price per person: £10–20

Hi,really sorry to hear that you never received your order . Unfortunately, Frites doesn't have any control over the delivery person as we don't have our own drivers ,they work for Deliveroo/JustEat/Uber . After we receive the order we prepare the food and their driver pick it up to deliver .It's not really fair to give us negate feedback as we haven't done anything wrong ,your food was prepared and send on time ,why the driver never delivered is something we don't know ...In that case you should contact the platform you used to place your order and request full refund .Hopefully ,this explains the problem.Thanks
