Lazy practices not like a typical restaurant. Go sit down then go up and order your food. Or order at the front and sit down like fast food. Sushi is really good. Pay for water bottles, normally water would be a compliment in a standard Japanese restaurant. Steak is good as is the other food item. I'd recommend the button that dings to say I'm ready to order instead of coming up and just give some cups and have a pitcher of water. Would be a perfect experience. Excellent customer service. My mom & I tried this place- it was her first time trying sushi. Boy was I surprised! The food here was phenomenal and the portions were large. My mom's first taste was some of my octopus salad. Now I've never had octopus salad before, but it was phenomenal! My mom agreed and couldn't get enough! I also had to get the jalapeño bomb (something that isn't offered at other sushi places- probably classified as American sushi). The flavors melted in my mouth. My mom also enjoyed her tuna poke bowl and shrimp tempura. The service was very polite and personal. 10/10!

Sooo… I’m a big Benihana fan.. but living out in Lorain.. it’s kind of a long drive.. I was craving hibachi though, so decided to try Fuji San. My mom and sister said they loved it so we gave it a try and I’m so happy we did! We both got shrimp and chicken hibachi- you get a nice portion or chicken and shrimp. The veggies were quite large but that was okay with me, I just cut them up. You get zucchini, which is amazing! The sauce they marinate the hibachi in is delicious too without overpowering the dish. The fried rice was also impressive, soft and flavorful! Their yum yum sauce is very light but it complimented the dish so well! 10/10! We also got the shrimp tempura roll and avocado roll, so fresh and tasty! I am craving it again now! Thank you, Fuji San! Food: 5 Service: 5
