There is no parking lot, so we parked at the coin parking lot in front of the prefectural office. 110 seconds walk from Okayama Prefectural Office. The ticket vending machine right after you enter will issue you a ticket for 900 yen for a large bowl of Chinese noodles. It was around lunchtime, so the place was almost full. Kasaoka Ramen is made by the owner, a former French chef who trained at Sakamoto, a famous Kasaoka ramen restaurant.Since it was lunchtime, I had to wait about 10 minutes to get the bowl. The food is carefully arranged and the visuals show the chef's sensibilities, giving it a perfect score of 100! ! It's good if it tastes good! Personally, I can't stand ramen that looks dirty. The toppings are menma, roasted pork, and green onions cut into thin strips. The noodles are perfectly steamed and are medium-thin straight noodles. The clear soup made only from chicken has no odor or greasiness typical of chicken, making it light and elegant. First, eat it as is, then add a little of the sauce placed on the table to transform it into a crunchy soup. Even if you add Angkor Pepper to it like a noot bar, it's still delicious. I was also impressed by the amount of toppings, allowing you to sandwich the noodles and ingredients with your chopsticks until the very end. Personally, I like the moto sauce added twice to the soup, and to be honest, I like Fujii's Kasaoka ramen better than the spicy soy sauce Kasaoka ramen I've had at other places in Kasaoka, the home of Kasaoka.
