We always enjoy going to the Fürst Bismarck Mill. The food is delicious! Down-to-earth, but still always very nicely prepared. At Christmas there were 3 menus from which you could put together your own 3-course meal. For my main course I had rump steak with Gorgonzola gratin. I didn't expect gratinated (au gratin) but with Gorgonzola sauce, but it was very tasty. (By the way, if you can read, you have an advantage!, as it said on the menu) The steak was perfectly medium rare. After the starter (three kinds of fish = salmon, halibut and trout mousse) and the sumptuous dessert (ice cream with cinnamon plums) I was noodled and satisfied Overall, our table group was very satisfied! On Boxing Day the restaurant was full, but everyone was extremely nice and friendly. No trace of “revision” Thank you for the lovely evening!

Worst goose we have ever eaten and the service was also very bad and unfriendly, with the exception of the young blonde man who tried to save it. The goose was completely dry and burnt and also completely dismantled and served terribly. Very disappointing, not what we're used to from the mill.
