My family and I just had some great food at Fuzion Express II in Flint, Tx!!! Thanks to a great recommendation, we decided to hop in the car and make the short drive out. It was more than worth it. I had a chance to speak with the owner of the place. He informed me that he used to be the head chef of Julian’s for 12 years and that some of the recipes were carried over. That definitely excited me, seeing as I loved their chicken fried rice. We ordered 2 appetizers (the potstickers and the crab wontons). Both were equally flavorful and had a great texture. I especially liked the sauce for the potstickers. For our main dishes, we ordered the chicken fried rice (full order with no veggies for me), orange peel chicken, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. 2 orders got fried rice and 1 got noodles. We all really enjoyed our food and we didn’t have a single complaint. The food was hot, full of flavor, and the portion size seemed fair for the price. The service was also really good. I highly recommend making the short drive out to Fuzion Express II if you haven’t already. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
