Gaea exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere was intimate and ideally suited to a special night with my partner. Dishes were packed with very complex flavour combinations with freshly sourced seasonal delicacies bringing out the dish. The chef and staff were invested in explaining their processes with each dish and made the whole evening feel very personal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $200+

A lovely intimate dining experience. A lot of attention to detail in the fitout, the service and the food. Some very unique dishes - all centred around local ingredients and seafood. We particularly enjoyed the creative desserts, first cucumber and then bone marrow. Mo spoke to us further at the end about the dishes in more depth and you could tell he was passionate about the experience he was creating. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $200+
