Disappointed- we added an additional hour and a half to our trip specifically to come here & after we finished our meal at Pierogi Factory no one came to wait on us as we stood at the counter for several minutes. A worker looked at us before entering back into the Pierogi Factory kitchen, but then just sat down in the kitchen behind a wall where he couldnt be seen. I walked over to try and get someone's attention but no one else was in sight to be able to ask for help so we got frustrated and left.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to the Gelaffle Cafe by a foodie friend whose opinion and taste I trust explicitly and boy I wasn’t disappointed the first time I visited during my trip to Colorado - I had to have 2 servings!!! Sorry not sorry!! The second time (yup the next day) I found a little more self control but the gelato was just as good. Probably good (for my waistline) that I don’t live there! Can’t wait for my next visit though!!! I highly recommend ANYONE who can - go on in and try this yummy, best I’ve ever had, treat!!!
