Order received with a frozen cheesecake. If I wanted frozen cheesecake I would have bought one from the supermarket. Called to rectify this and instead of sending another one out they want the frozen cheesecake returning and they will drop the money off. Terrible service

We ordered 3 milkshakes and 3 tubs of ice cream are order came missing the ice cream and the milkshake had melted and over the time stated when ordering,i rang and they apologised for the issues and replaced the milkshake and brought the ice cream of which they forgot the first time so last week we chose a different treat but this week we decided to give it another go and so glad we did order all correct came within time and they where all thick and very enjoyable

No stars really from me paid by card for a meal they have delivered it to the wrong place it's was over £20 and refused give me a refund and refused to re bring the order so we never received it waited over an hour and had to ring myself to be given aloud of abuse over then phone it was absolutely rude and dank right descusseding I will be making a very big complaint and going to contact someone high in authority because they have robbed me
