HOW TO RUIN EVERYTHING! A great bar, with a really nice location, but ruined by utter rudeness. After having made us "seat" with tones annoyed by the fact that 4 gentlemen were stalling (for a few seconds) to understand where they preferred to sit, my boyfriend and I sit down, already a little disturbed, at the table. At that point the young waiter arrives nervously asking us what we wanted after practically throwing the menus on the table. The kindness with which my boyfriend asked if there was an ashtray, the waiter followed up with the usual nervous tones, pointing out the moka pot on the table (as if it were obvious that we understood it) and, when we complimented him on the nice idea of an innovative ashtray, the waiter turned his back on us. Behind us, a couple of ladies also amazed by the waiter's "curmudgeon". What can I say: the goodness and beauty of the place ruined by those who work there with this unacceptable mood for a customer, even more so for a tourist. We won't be coming back again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Nice location near the castle on the lake, terrible experience with rude staff who pay little attention to customer needs. Be careful, the sandwiches are packaged and of poor quality, the frozen pizza (better Mac Donalds) and the spriz was good. It's a real shame to give such rude staff the management of a place
