Ice is ok but for italian standards median, therefore quite expensive. Vanilla had a Taste of lemon skin, which i don't want if i order vanilla. The Service was unpolite, they separated us from our kids and refused to elaborate the flavors in the kids menu. Therefore below average experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The reason? Because as a customer I should have access to the bathroom. I think the distinction between bars and ice cream parlors is not a very valid reason in 2024. Same bar, same brand and same uniform. I am aware that an ice cream shop may not have a bathroom, but by specifically choosing an ice cream shop in a bar I was convinced, as happens in other cities, of having access to a bathroom. So 1 star
