Great experience overall! The server was very attentive and friendly, which made the visit even better. The fried chicken was crispy and seasoned to perfection,honestly finger-licking delicious. I especially loved the cornbread, biscuits, and corn. Definitely a great spot to bring the family. I’ll be coming back for sure! Very good service, the establishment is very clean and well maintained. The chicken was prepared perfectly. The chicken fried steak was bland, too much flour and not enough seasoning. All of the side dishes were great and the corn bread stole the show. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my honest opinion review of this newly opened restaurant, Grandma's Country Kitchen. On Saturday, 3/28/26, my first visit, the greetings were great, seating fast, the staff was very courteous and friendly. The food not did not meet our expectations. We ordered the chicken fried steak, fried chicken, which is served with unlimited vegetables. The fried chicken was crunchy, however, it was not season, dark in color, (not that golden brown chicken)! it was greasy! The chicken fried steak was thin and and fried too hard, (where is the meaty part of it)? The vegetables were corn, green beans,blackeye peas, mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were bland, could use more seasoning as well. Also, condiments such as A1 sauce, BBq sauce, To-Go containers,etc, are a must have in any restaurant! Don't cut corners on the small stuff. Overall, I feel there is room for improvement on the taste and quality of the food. When it comes to good food, portion sizes and presentation does matter. The restaurant location is in a great spot to serve a community that will support, however, PLEASE serve good quality food, good portion size food, to keep repeat customers satisfied. This location deserves the BEST food and BEST Service at ALL times. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
