Visit Greggs to try perfectly cooked pork. Most people note that the staff is cute here. A lot of visitors mark that the service is terrific. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are average. The atmosphere of this place is exotic. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I am writing this review to express significant dissatisfaction regarding repeated issues experienced during my visits to this store On every occasion I have visited, I have encountered problems with incorrect billing or a lack of understanding regarding the menu offerings. Specifically, staff frequently default to suggesting larger sizes, such as asking if I want a large coffee when I have requested a regular one. Furthermore, there seems to be a pattern of upselling or misinterpreting standard orders. For example, when ordering the breakfast deal, which includes a regular coffee, I have been charged incorrectly for a large coffee and a breakfast baguette as separate items, despite only requesting the standard deal. It appears that there is a consistent effort to maximize profit through these incorrect charges rather than accurately fulfilling the orders placed. This recurring situation is highly disappointing and frankly Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Every time I’ve visited this particular Greggs, I’ve been told that the rewards app isn’t currently working. This has happened at least four times over the past six months. It’s completely unacceptable and gives the impression that they have no intention of fixing it — possibly because they’d rather profit from customers not being able to redeem rewards and paying full price instead. On my most recent visit, I also tried to use a voucher, but was told they couldn’t accept it, even though it clearly states that it’s only invalid in Moto forecourts. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which is very unlike any other Greggs I’ve visited. Greggs really needs to investigate this particular branch — it seems to be a franchise that’s not maintaining the same standards or customer experience expected from the brand.
