Dined here tonight (2/07/26). I have been eating at Grill’d for many years across various Perth locations, experiencing a wide range of quality. In my experience, the standard of food and service depends heavily on staff retention; returning to a store and seeing familiar faces almost always guarantees a great experience. Consistency is key, and knowing you will get the same high-quality food and service on repeat visits is what keeps you coming back.The Rockingham store currently has a fantastic team. They served up some of the best-tasting Grill'd I've ever had. The quality was superb—from the fresh ingredients to the burger presentation, which actually looked like the menu pictures. Even the chips were cooked to perfection. Combined with friendly, attentive staff, a clean restaurant, and a great atmosphere, it made for a thoroughly pleasant dine-in experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The people are usually so, nice here, and they are, the service to me in the past deserve 5 stars* but not this lady*... I was disappointed today by how one worker Pilipino or Samoan who has served me today and has a witness too was coughing in the kitchen where she has served me mind you, she served me, * and for a total of 20 minutes, aggressive trap music playing, she went on, really concerning and grilled needs to fire her. I don't want to get poisoned again, as I was sick for a whole week, I live locally so I'm so disappointed when they never disappoint me especially with hygrine and their work health and safety ethic. disgusting.
