Hooray for the space.
Having reserved for 16 initially, which kept on changing, due to various friends not been able to make it at last minute we landed up being 10.
Not easy doing big tables from a waiters point of view ,but Luke was outstanding. A great asset to Guardian Peak.
The rest of the staff were all just as professional.
Kudus to you all.
*** we were a group of mostly ex Airline and hospitality industry colleagues , easily pleased, providing the level of service, is where it should always be.
