Those who visit and have contracts with my home-cooked restaurant, which I have been running for 5 years, know this. Food taste is a personal thing. Not everyone has to like everything. We have to appeal to the general public. Personally, I do not cook any food that I would not eat myself. I choose the products very carefully. I buy fruits and vegetables fresh daily. Meat chicken is the highest quality butcher product. I don't compromise on quality. I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness, which is constantly monitored by the necessary institutions. Every time we went to the Güher Mantı Dining House, which we went to out of necessity, every week, without exception, there were hairs, toothpicks and worms in the food.
