We are very sorry to hear that you have not felt well during your dining experiences with us at Gusti and sincerely regret the distress this has caused you. From your first breakfast, when you informed our team of your onion allergy, our executive chef took steps to personally prepare your meals to minimise the risk of onion exposure and cross-contamination. We understand how serious your dietary requirements are, and we apologise if at any point this did not meet your expectations or caused you concern. Regarding your room service order, we apologise for any misunderstanding around your dietary requirements at the time of ordering. We were not informed during the ordering process of the dietary requirement and while we always aim to confirm specific allergy needs, we acknowledge that this may not have been clearly communicated in this instance and are sorry for any resulting inconvenience. On your final breakfast, our executive chef did discuss adjustments with you, including substituting items such as hashbrowns to potato to reduce cross-contamination risk and preparing certain items fresh. We are sorry if there was any confusion or if your meal did not fully meet what you had requested. In relation to your concern about a hair found in your meal, our team sincerely apologised at the time and only asked to see it so we could properly investigate the matter. We understand you were upset, and we regret if this request added to your frustration. We only asked as we could not find any hair on your napkin or plate.
