Gyubee Japanese Grill (Markham) is our go-to for a fun, delicious AYCE BBQ night. Jaylen took care of us pretty well. The meats are fresh and well-marinated (short ribs, pork belly, and chicken thighs are favorites), and the sides—garlic rice, seaweed salad, corn, and kimchi—round out the feast perfectly. Grills heat evenly, staff are quick with refills, and everything comes out fast so you can keep cooking without waiting. It’s lively but comfortable for families and friend groups alike. Pro tips: book ahead (it gets busy), pace yourself, and finish with grilled pineapple and ice cream. Consistently tasty, great value, and always a good time. They will not take reservation and when we went there @6 they said the wait will be 1 hour but 1 hour became 2 hours which was not acceptable. No wonder there were no customers our age 50's to 60's.They were mostly young people. I told the front person they need to have better system instead of waiting 2 hours to get table.
