DO NOT BOOK - IT IS CLOSED Booked this restaurant online thinking I would have a nice dinner. Two days before the reservation I received an email where I had to confirm my reservation. I arrived to the restaurant with no lights on and a for sale sign in the window. The day after the reservation was supposed to take place, I received an automated email thanking me for my reservation. Very disappointed that the restaurant is closed. The website and booking system should be taken down!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have frequented this restaurant quite regularly for lunch since its opening in 2018. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The cuisine is refined, subtle, creative, with ethics across the entire chain. Some criticisms are completely inappropriate and illustrate what Talleyrand said: “Everything that is excessive is insignificant”. We have not had a Michelin star since 2020 by chance because the inspectors have very broad means of comparison. Go to HOLEN, and you will find that those who do have more merit than those who say Service: Dine in Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
