Some people say it has changed since previous visits and was better before covid, but my fried catfish today, August -26, was perfectly fried at the right temperature, crispy yet juicy inside. Friendly, good service, recommended restaurant. Not the cheapest though. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this restaurant on our final evening in Bulgaria and it was a fantastic choice. Our lovely server Darena took such great care of us, recommending us the best food and overall delivering a delightful and cheerful evening. The food was amazing, especially the Black Sea mussels. If we ever return to Ruse (and I hope we do), I would be delighted to visit this restaurant again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30

I had an extraordinary culinary experience at Hacienda Restaurant in Ruse! The pork knuckle was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavors. The Dubai chocolate dessert was a real surprise, a sweet and sophisticated delight. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff extremely attentive and friendly.
