I was disappointed in my experience today because of the staff and their conduct. For those wanting to leave 0.00 tip you can you just have to select 'other tip' and enter 0. First, the lady serving my group started off good. She asked what we wanted, but turns out she was also still working on another person's order. This left the impression that she was making the wrong order and ignoring us. And she seemed to get annoyed with attempts to correct or restate the order. Then when she actually started getting our order she turned her back on us twice while we were talking to her and started laughing and joking with coworkers. She was distracted and took longer than needed to get the order. I don't mind coworkers interacting, it can actually make an experience better. But that wasn't the case. My party felt ignored. Additionally, the coffee or drinks the staff had or at least appeared to personally have were and issue. They seem to be passing them out just as it was my groups time to order. Which is what seemed to be the major distraction to the workers. Further, I am not in the food industry but even I know employee drink containers pose a cross contamination issue, and health code violation. If I am going to spend $50 on 4 small ice-creams and a shake I at least expect decent service. I know they saw my look of disapproval, they added more ice-cream to one of the cups after...I saw the look the worker gave too, when I tipped 0 because I felt ignored and disrespected. Also, I don't mind if other converse in other languages. Again, it can make an exerience better. But I do mind when you do it and make head gestures in my direction while laughing and joking around with your coworkers. I may not know what you said. You may not have even said anything negative. But you left an impression that felt like you did on a paying customer...

Gaslighting customer service. I asked for a frozen coffee drink with peppermint bark. Gave me a plain white milkshake with peppermint bark with not a lick of coffee flavor in it, then swore up and down that they did, as if I wouldn’t know that there’s no coffee in it. I can see why their kiosk is one of the least visited in the mall.
