According to the visitors' opinions, waiters serve tasty salads and good sandwiches here. The only thing that disappoints when you come to Harris Teeter is accommodating employees. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. Google users assigned the score of 4.4 to this place.

Going downhill. Ever since Kroger took over the produce has been worse and the prices have been higher. Now there is a new self checkout system that shows a “video review” when there is a missed scan rather than giving the opportunity to rescan. Feels very accusatory and wastes time at checkout. There is a line where security oversteps and becomes too burdensome. For me this is over the line. I’m done with harris teeter. Never again.

I go to this store regularly, the last 3 times I’ve been I’ve attempted to get a grilled chicken sub from their deli. 2 times they were “out” of grilled chicken and the 3rd they made it for me and when I opened it it smelled Thule the chicken had gone bad. Also the deli staff, were increasingly rude to the lady in line before me and incredibly slow to respond. Also each time I go to the butchers counter there’s an older gentlemen with a beard that is consistently slow and not personable at all. We’ve started favoring Publix across the street, never had any issues there

I have been extremely happy with the customer service at this HT. Kudos to management. Previously I received excellent service at the pharmacy, their Starbucks, flowers and gifts and recently the Customer Service desk. I purchase groceries often and enjoy the fruits, sushi and all bakery goods. I absolutely love their cakes !!!!!! Recently I visited to rent a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine. Stephanie was wonderful. I called ahead and verified they had one in stock, arrived and was given the rental document to complete. Rug Doctor was an answer to a prayer. I was able to clean my carpets immaculately. Dropping off the machine was a breeze. Staff here values their customers and I will be a loyal customer time and time again.
