Had a wonderful traditional Jordanian dinner at Hashim Restaurant. We enjoyed hummus with meat, liver, eggs and cheese, and of course their famous falafel. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and very authentic. Simple food done perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real Jordanian cuisine.
