I had a very disappointing experience with the waiter, Akhilesh. He was disrespectful and did not know how to take our order properly. Good customer service starts with courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during our visit. I hope this review reaches the owner or management. Please consider providing better customer service training and a more thorough hiring process, as staff behavior has a huge impact on the overall dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointing experience for last 1 week at Poori Karak. As a regular customer who has been coming here for a long time since this branch started , I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service recently. A Nepali staff is rude, displayed a terrible attitude, and provided completely incorrect information about the menu item prices. Staff should treat loyal, regular customers with respect and basic professionalism, but nepali male staffs behavior was completely unacceptable.
