We have been going to Haus Schwan for many years and have always been completely satisfied. Yesterday we were there again for the first time after a long break and unfortunately we were totally disappointed. 2 service staff for the counter, dining room and bowling alley are a bit poor. The portions and the quality of the food were just as poor. A steak that consisted of 1/3 cartilage and bacon, lukewarm hollandaise that tasted like cheap prepackaged food, bagged salad (at least it seemed that way) and a Wiener schnitzel that tasted like old frying fat. Even trying to make improvements didn't make things any better. Only the fries were tasty. It's a shame that they dismantled it like that.
