Great spot in this charming city. The service was impeccable. I was greeted as soon as I came in and was offered a variety of great German wine to taste. Both the bartender and manager were beyond kind and knowledgable! The ambiance was classy without being pretentious. Still, you should dress up a bit before venturing here. I can’t wait to return! The Hemingway Bar in Freiburg is located directly in the Best Western Premier Hotel Victoria and is therefore very conveniently located. Unfortunately it doesn't open until 6pm, which is a shame if you want to enjoy a drink during the day. However, the atmosphere is very dark and cold, which doesn't seem particularly inviting. In addition, the prices are extremely high. Despite the convenient location, there are certainly better options for a drink in Freiburg. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

As you saw during your visit, our cozy vaulted cellar is a bit darker and therefore, in our opinion, not the ideal place for the lunchtime hours. We therefore continue to leave the day-to-day business to our colleagues with terraces, rooftops or beer gardens.
