This used to be my favorite spot for halal chicken, but unfortunately the food quality and portion sizes have declined significantly. They used to serve a generous amount of fries, but this time the portion was much smaller. When I asked one of the cashiers about it, she said that the current serving size is the regular portion and that I may have received extra fries on a previous visit. The chicken quality has also gone downhill. It used to taste fresh and delicious, but this time it had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and this will likely be my last visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered some wings to try out with a few friends of mine. The order was quite disappointing. We got very hard, very OLD chicken. When we bit into it, the crust was extremely hard (and old) and the taste of the chicken was also aged. We ate enough chicken to know what aged chicken sitting out and dying tastes like - and this was it. WE DID order at 4:45 AM, perhaps thats why? But chicken should be made to order. I understand HIFive Chicken is quite a large place with a big name - but leaving chicken out just for it to sit there and then serve it isn't the best thing to do. We each took one chicken and then threw away the rest. Food: 2 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
