Had a fantastic experience at Hibachi Blue Japanese Fusion Restaurant! The customer service was great from start to finish. The food was amazing, the bang-bang chicken was absolutely delicious, and the sushi was so fresh. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Japanese fusion spot in the area! Superb. Best hibachi in the triangle at an affordable price. Vegetables cooked perfectly. Classic Japanese hibachi. White sauce is real white sauce which is actually white and has a depth of flavor like from a steakhouse. Service is excellent.
