Love Love Love Homebaked Porta Cavalleggeri! It felt like I was dining in a family's kitchen with it's lovely staff and designed interior! I enjoyed having brunch here everyday on my visit to Rome after my Vatican City outings. The hosts were such beautiful souls and always welcomed me with open arms. The food is delicious! I had the American breakfast (very popular) everyday without bacon substituted with potatoes (my favorite) but noticed delicious wraps, smoothies, and cafe drinks. This place can get very busy since it's steps away from St. Peter's Square but service is very quick. Never the less, have patience and know your in good hands here. I also appreciate how you can take your time to enjoy the food and beverages and getup to pay when you are ready. They have ample seating inside and outside with inside seating having direct usb power outlets for recharging devices while dining and a mini library. Special thank you to Carolina (from Angelica) for her tenacity with managing it all with a wonderful smile! This place was a God send for me during my stay in Rome. Grazie!
