We went for a quick bite after touring the Vatican and I was absolutely stunned at how rude the woman working the counter was. We first ordered our sandwiches and waters. After our meal I decided to buy a Coke to-go, so I went up and kindly asked to get a Coke, which are in a fridge you take from yourself. She raised her voice and said “you want it, you take it, you no pay me.” I was very confused, but I got the coke out, and I had my wallet out and she just kept saying you no pay. So I was wondering if she was telling me to just have it for free? I told her I was confused and she yelled at me. I looked behind me at the growing line and asked does anyone understand? Everyone behind me looked stunned by the interaction. I was confused and embarrassed. Finally she threw her hands up and I began to walk out and another customer helped our communication saying do you want to pay card or cash and I said I was trying to pay with card and she finally understood. All this rudeness over a simple language barrier and miscommunication. The sandwich and coke were not worth it! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10

This is a must stop. Best sandwhich in rome. I wish i can go back for a second porchetta sandwhich. Affordable. Great staff. Amazing stop, we loved it so much. Panino divino!!!!! So true. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
