Out for a drive after an appointment. Ended up in Roxboro. Wanted to find somewhere with local flavor. This is definitely the place for comfort food. Staff was smiling and friendly with that expected southern hospitality. They have chuckwagons which I grew up loving and had in my own family restaurant growing up. So hard to find nowadays. I definitely got the chuckwagon sandwich combo. My friend got the cheeseburger combo. They had banana pudding homemade and we had to each get one. Fantastic and refreshing. Love the decorations a reminder of good days gone by. A Roxboro gem. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
