The two older people I assume were the owners and operators were suspicious and cold. I ordered chicken egg foo yung Not good. It was obvious they use leftover chicken for the dish which is not bad but this chicken was very old unchewable coarse and hard. The white rice was not fresh and the order of chicken wings was definitely cooked/fried more than once. Just moved to Penfield last year. Will not go to this place again.
