1 star for service. 5 for the products. I love the snacks. The savory ones are the best I know. The soft drinks, juices and açaí are wonderful. But regarding service, unfortunately, the times I visited, the experiences were bad. And this week, it was terrible. It would be unfair for me to say that they are all, but some attendants are mocking, they laugh ironically, they offer service that is not at all humanized, not at all respectful. I read some reviews that really confirm what I saw. I even believe that the owner carries out training, but unfortunately the lack of education is an epidemic. There is no training that corrects bad character. I only continued to be a consumer because of the quality of the product. Hoping that the scenario changes! "Love, kindness, respect.
