What a disappointment. I had been here a couple of years ago and absolutely loved the experience and the food. Tonight, I would’ve never gone back if this was my experience. Ambience is really, really cool. My service was abysmal at best. I spent a lot of money for nothing. My food wasn’t great. The service was slow, If not at times being completely ignored. I didn’t create any kind of scene or any kind of contribution to poor service - my waiter just didn’t care. I asked for olive oil with my bread which was never delivered until we asked for a third time. I would’ve let it go, but my husband did not want to. There were several different things with our meal that we had asked for which we did not receive, and were.responded to with some hostility when questioned. It’s a pretty cool atmosphere but would never recommend again. I will never be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Hostaria Costanza was recommended to us, and without a doubt, it was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip to Italy. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! They also brought us several complimentary appetizers, which was such a nice touch. The drinks were refreshing, the service was outstanding, and the restaurant itself is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. What impressed us the most was how amazing the staff was with our 20-month-old baby. He made quite a mess at the table, but every single waiter was incredibly kind and patient with him. They interacted with him, brought him little things, and made us feel completely comfortable and welcome as a family. From the food to the service and atmosphere, everything was incredible. I would 100% come back and highly recommend Hostaria Costanza! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40
