What a fantastic, spontaneous find! We popped into Hostaria Po on a whim after a recommendation from our hotel, The Hoxton, and it turned out to be the absolute best meal of our trip to Rome so far. Every single part of our evening was top-notch. The servers were remarkably attentive, warm, and exceptionally kind, steering us toward some incredible food and drink suggestions. The food itself was outstanding from start to finish, and the cocktails were lovely. We had such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to come back on our next trip. Highly recommended!
