The best chicken I had in a while perfectly seasoned , really awesome customer service and they give complimentary icecream. *** free nacho cheese for your food. I will say this place is pretty warm inside but other than that very clean. I have been here many times. The food is always consistently so very good. What sets this place apart is the staff. They are always so friendly so helpful. They always take time to answer questions that someone in my party has or to explain everything to a new customer. Even how the staff memorizes people's names when they're giving out the ice cream, I think, is so incredibly sweet. Feeling seen and taken care of by employees is something that's disappearing. And the employees of Hot Chicken Alley always go above and beyond. They truly make this place a special spot when you want a quick, fast, delicious lunch or dinner.
