Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing from beginning to end. The experience already started poorly with a cold and unfriendly reception at check-in. The front desk staff made us feel more like we were being processed than welcomed as guests. During our stay, there was also a hygiene-related incident which we found very concerning. The hotel later offered us an upgrade and refund-but this did not change our overall impression of the stay. What disappointed us most was the way the situation was handled by the staff. In our view, the response lacked professionalism and genuine customer care, and we did not feel taken seriously as guests. Overall, the experience fell far below our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

On the beach! Great bar with tapas, breakfast & dinner buffets! Laundry service reasonably priced & same day service! Nicely appointed facility. Wonderful staff! Service: 5

Food & drinks: Master chef Aaron is now in charge of the restaurant. For those that know his devotion to the highest standards of food preparation, no more need be said. For those who have never sampled his cooking, make a beeline for the Hotel Maritime restaurant. You won't regret it. Location: 5
