I am looking for peaceful places. Once we got into the room at night we started hearing banging at the wall several times but we weren't making noise at all. Apparently lady next door complained about noise (?) After the second night like this we called front desk and their answer was it wasn't a problem of the hotel. I was feeling nervous because of this situation and couldn't sleep a wink. For the price you pay you expect high-quality services and the hotel neither meet my expectations not treat me as I deserve. Any perk or discount wasn't offered in compensation. I don't think I come back.

Excellent hotel staff are friendly and helpful ,choice of food at breakfast and evening meals outstanding. Grounds with pool superb.

The Hotel is spotless. Everything is as new, and the 3 pools and big green area, offer lots of space to chill and have fun. However, the all inclusive only offers the complete breakfast with drinks. For dinner and lunch, all the drinks cost extra. The outside bar, as well as the inside bar, all cost extra. There are few family's with children. The hotel is full of old people. There was only one night of Kids Disco in the 2 week's here ( A room where they can paint, build, play with stuff and other kids. There is no dancing involved, just a large speaker that plays music). The Sea is very shallow, makes it perfect for children. I won't be coming back here, maybe after my 70'th birthday. Service: 3
