Waited for about 20 minutes for someone to come take my order. Staff seemed disinterested in serving me. At this price point, you'd expect far better service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overall, disappointing. Food was extremely underwhelming and overpriced. The crab spaghetti portion was minuscule and the pizza was similar to a store bought frozen pizza. Staff were okay, the lady who greeted us told us to come back in 20 minutes and that we would receive a text when a table became available, as they were too busy, even though there was clearly plenty space available inside and outside. We did not receive a text and came back on our own accord after an hour, and then received one of the many available tables. The waiter who took our order took no notes and could not remember what we ordered. Another waitress spoke negatively of neighbouring restaurants in the area, which was extremely rich. Nice setting and ambiance but overall a very poor dinner and experience. Simply, not worth the price you pay. The only positive was the setting / location. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $140–160

Fantastic waterfront dining at Hugos Manly! We had a wonderful time dining right by the water at Hugos Manly. The atmosphere here is always unbeatable—relaxing, vibrant, and offering amazing harbor views. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pizza, which was crisp, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for our son; the kids' portion size was spot-on and kept him completely satisfied. To round out the meal, the date salad was fresh, beautifully balanced, and a delicious side. Great food, friendly service, and a fantastic vibe.
