Super friendly staff, they sampled the sides to us & explained the menu very well. The brisket was juicy & tender, also the pork belly chicharron was so yummy & right amount of crunchy. Humo's contends with the likes of craft BBQ in Austin. I've eaten at all the big ones, and even worked for a couple, and I'm sure Humos will land on Texas Monthly's top 25 at some point. This is your chance to try them before they get that recognition. Briskets moist, ribs are fall off the bone. The Texas twinkies held together to the last bite. First time at Humo Prime Barbecue and must say it was a great experience. The service and the food were excellent! We will definitely return and try other entrees and sides.
