I made the restaurant aware that I found a bug in my food, and instead of taking the concern seriously, they denied it and told me it wasn’t possible. The way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and concerning from a food-safety standpoint. I would not recommend eating here. I hope the appropriate health authorities look into this situation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a wonderful birthday dinner at Hunan's Bistro & Sushi tonight with too many dishes to count but included were whole lobster miso soup, Korean flounder carpaccio with Thai chili's, lobster sashimi, scallop sashimi and aji (a Japanese Spanish mackerel) and a wonderful tempura Korean flounder. There is an extensive menu to choose from for all price ranges but as this was a special occasion, we chose some prime courses.
