The service of the public catering establishment - wishes for the best. It should be noted that the institution is quite noisy. Among the pluses - a very cool children's room, but it is paid and the caretakers in the children's room are not very good. The staff at the cafe - well, they don't really improve. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time to order, or you have to go and pick up everything from the bar yourself (for example, drinks). Changing the administrator of the institution - so far does not give advantages... Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

Hello, I decided to leave my review) I am a regular customer of the hotel, which already says that everything is good here. But there are small nuances that can be improved 1. (put a kettle in the room, because it is not comfortable and you don’t want to take the baby at 3 o’clock in the morning and go down to get water), 2. Put a safe in the rooms (many people come with money and jewelry, phones, etc. (it would be more comfortable to leave it in the safe instead of taking all the funds, documents, etc. with you to walk around the city every day) 3. To make the children's room more free or at least more accessible to hotel residents. The kitchen is excellent / the service is top notch / the staff is very polite / they always help with the suitcases, they will tell you everything / and try to solve any questions regarding a comfortable stay in the hotel... Hookah can be improved)) Thank you Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, High-tech

We sincerely thank you for the excellent service! The friendliness of the staff is simply amazing! It is nice when absolutely every employee you meet on the way greets you with a smile) The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent! Daily cleaning at a high level - even the glass shower walls, mirror and faucets are washed. Towels are fresh every day .The establishment is very client-oriented. In the last minutes before the bar closed, they made us tea and took us up to our room. And all this is as friendly as possible! Thank you for a pleasant vacation! Prosperity to you, Huston) Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech
